The Youth Tolerance Rally was a significant conference and team-building event, bringing together the UAE's youth to celebrate diversity and promote the values of tolerance and inclusion.

Evolution Scenic was entrusted with the challenge of delivering impactful scenic and structural elements for this high-energy event, all within a demanding five-day production timeline.

Scenic and Fabrication Deliverables for a Symbolic Celebration

• Main Stage and Giant Screen: Designed and constructed a custom main stage with an integrated giant screen to support presentations and performances. The stage featured a seamless backdrop tailored to enhance the event's theme and aesthetic.
• Custom Lectern and Backdrop: Fabricated a bespoke lectern and matching backdrop, combining functionality with an elegant design that aligned with the event branding.
• Giant Banner Installation: Fabricated and integrated a large-scale banner symbolizing unity and diversity, which became the central feature of the event.
• Custom Scenic Elements: Designed and built structures to support live performances, including platforms and stage backdrops tailored for artists and music bands.
• Interactive Team-Building Props: Delivered custom-designed props and installations that facilitated team-building activities and reinforced the event’s theme of tolerance.
• Event Branding and Signage: Created branded scenic pieces and freestanding signage to ensure a cohesive visual identity across the event space.
