The Visit Saudi Hospitality Tent was designed as a welcoming hub for guests attending the Dubai 7s event on December 2–3, 2023.

As part of the Visit Saudi tourism initiative, the tent served as an immersive space where visitors could engage with interactive displays, obtain information, and experience the warmth of Saudi hospitality.

Falcon Golf Management Limited entrusted Evolution Scenic with delivering the internal fit-out, ensuring a seamless blend of vibrant branding and refined aesthetics.

Bespoke Scenic Fabrication for a Premium Hospitality Space

• High-Quality Internal Fit-Out: Constructed a sleek and engaging hospitality space featuring custom-fabricated structures and premium finishes.
• Information Desks & Branding Features: Designed and installed two functional information counters where hostesses engaged visitors and provided tourism details.
• Decorative & Structural Elements: Integrated a mix of colorful branding elements with natural wood finishes, creating an elegant and inviting environment.
• Guest Engagement Spaces: Developed interactive zones to enhance visitor experience and encourage engagement with the Visit Saudi initiative.
