On February 3–4, 2020, Roche hosted a two-day conference and gala dinner, welcoming 100 representatives from around the globe.

The event served as a platform to announce the company’s 2019 results, award top-performing partners, and showcase Roche’s product range through engaging workshops and presentations.

Evolution Scenic was entrusted with delivering the scenic and technical solutions for both the conference and gala dinner, ensuring a seamless and visually impactful experience.

Scenic Excellence and Event Support

• Conference Setup: Delivered a bespoke conference stage with integrated LED screens and branding elements, designed to effectively communicate Roche’s achievements and product highlights. Workshop areas were outfitted with custom scenic panels, AV setups, and modular partitions to facilitate interactive sessions.
• Gala Dinner Environment: Designed and built a sophisticated stage for the awards ceremony, complemented by elegant scenic backdrops, custom lighting solutions, and branded elements that aligned with Roche’s corporate identity.
• Internal Coordination: Integrated with Evolution's other departments to provide comprehensive technical support, including audiovisual systems, staging, and bespoke furniture to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the spaces.

The project’s success lay in Evolution Scenic’s ability to transform the venues into engaging and professional spaces.
