The Renault Stand, located within the France Pavilion at Expo 2020, offered a striking exhibition space that highlighted Renault's innovative brand identity and cutting-edge products.

Spanning the entire duration of Expo 2020, from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022, the stand combined sleek design with interactive elements to create a visually engaging and functional experience for visitors.

The project was commissioned by Expomobilia MCH Global ME Live Marketing LLC, with Evolution Scenic tasked to fabricate and install key components. The result was a standout exhibition space that effectively embodied Renault's ethos and aligned seamlessly with the sophisticated theme of the France Pavilion.

Key Features and Deliverables:

• Customized Curved Platform: Designed and fabricated a 62 sqm curved platform with a semi-gloss finish and a curved aluminum fascia, achieving a polished and elegant look.
• Monolith Magnetic LED Screen Structure: Constructed a robust metal monolith to support a magnetic LED screen, which served as the stand’s focal point and enhanced visitor engagement.
• Transparent Branding Rigging: Provided rigging for transparent printed fabric to prominently display Renault's identity in a sleek and modern fashion.
• Surround Banding Walls: Fabricated and installed curved metal walling profiles to enclose the activation area, ensuring structural integrity and seamless branding integration.

Fabrication and Technology:

• CNC and Laser Cutting: Employed advanced CNC and laser cutting machines for precision in fabricating all components, achieving a high level of quality and design accuracy.
• Rigging Innovation: Developed custom rigging points to suspend branding elements in line with the venue’s infrastructure and the brand activation’s design concept.

The Renault Stand at the France Pavilion successfully merged form and function, creating an immersive and interactive environment that captured visitors' attention.

Evolution Scenic's expertise in scenic construction, precision craftsmanship, and creative solutions played a crucial role in ensuring the project's success and leaving a lasting impression on Expo 2020 attendees.
