For the Global Citizen Forum in Ras Al Khaimah, Evolution delivered scenic fabrication and event branding across both the two-day conference programme and the exclusive Gala Dinner.


Held at the Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Centre under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the forum brought together world leaders, celebrities and changemakers around the theme “The Future in Motion.” Evolution’s scope included the main stage, conference backdrops, gala scenic installations, branded features and signage, creating a consistent visual identity across the different event settings.

The Challenge


The event needed to accommodate two distinct environments within one overall visual language: a high-level conference setting for keynote speakers and discussions, and a more elevated hospitality environment for the Gala Dinner.


Each space required its own atmosphere and function while still feeling connected to the wider identity of the Global Citizen Forum.


The scenic treatment therefore needed to balance sophistication, branding and visual impact without becoming overly dominant, particularly given the senior profile of the guests and speakers.

The Solution


Evolution developed and installed a coordinated scenic package across the conference and gala environments.


For the main conference area, a high-end stage setup was created with custom scenic elements and bespoke backdrops, providing a polished focal point for keynote speakers, panel discussions and programmed content.


Branded scenic features and signage were produced throughout the venue to reinforce the event identity and maintain visual consistency across key guest-facing areas.


For the Gala Dinner, bespoke scenic installations and decorative structures were fabricated to create a more refined and atmospheric setting appropriate to the evening programme.
