MEDEEM LAUNCH EVENT

The Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with Fazaa, hosted the Medeem Launch Event at the prestigious Erth Hotel.

This initiative supports Emirati youth preparing for marriage, promoting social solidarity and enhancing the quality of life in the UAE. With over 100 attendees from various sectors, the event provided a high-profile platform to unveil this impactful program.

Bespoke Scenic and Branding Solutions

Evolution Scenic was tasked with delivering a comprehensive suite of scenic and branding elements that seamlessly combined functionality and aesthetics to elevate the event experience:

• Main Stage: Fabricated a 4.5-meter-wide LED wall complemented by printed fabric backdrops and a sisal carpeted platform with integrated LED strip lighting for a polished and professional appearance.
• Partition Walls: Designed and constructed branded double-sided partition walls made from durable carpentry materials, providing a cohesive look and facilitating functional space division.
• Interactive Stage: Created a stage featuring touch-screen kiosks, TV screens, and branded fabric backdrops, providing an engaging experience for showcasing the Wedding Calculator.
• Interactive Booths: Delivered booths equipped with TV screens, branding, and interactive elements to highlight the initiative’s innovative aspects.
• Event Branding: Produced outdoor branded flags, wayfinding signage, and custom counters and lecterns tailored to client specifications.
