MAKE IT IN THE EMIRATES FORUM

The second edition of the Make it in the Emirates Forum, held in 2023 at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre, was organized by ADNOC in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Department of Economic Development.

The forum served as a key platform to support local manufacturing and industrial initiatives, fostering dialogue, innovation, and collaboration within the sector.

Innovative Scenic Design and Exhibition Solutions

Evolution Scenic was entrusted with delivering a full turnkey scenic solution, creating a dynamic and visually impactful environment that aligned with the forum’s objectives.

• Comprehensive Event Design: Developed the overall event concept, incorporating innovative forced perspective designs to enhance visual impact and captivate attendees.
• Custom Exhibition Area: Designed and fabricated an exhibition space tailored to the forum’s branding, accommodating six diamond sponsors and 30 additional sponsors with a visually cohesive and functional layout.
• Main Stage and Breakout Areas: Delivered a bespoke main stage and additional breakout stages, ensuring all scenic elements were functional, visually striking, and aligned with the forum’s branding.
• Arrival Feature Installation: Created an engaging entry arch feature showcasing dynamic content that set the tone for the event and provided an impactful first impression.
• Branding and Scenic Integration: Produced seamless branding and signage throughout the event, ensuring all scenic elements enhanced the forum’s theme and messaging.

Evolution Scenic’s attention to detail, innovative design solutions, and precise execution ensured the Make it in the Emirates Forum delivered a memorable and engaging experience.
