In February 2024, the third annual Investopia conference convened global leaders, investors, and innovators at the St. Regis on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi.

Hosted by the Ministry of Economy, this two-day event welcomed over 1,600 participants, exploring cutting-edge investment trends and opportunities on a global scale.

Evolution Scenic was once again selected to deliver a comprehensive scenic and event production solution, transforming the venue into a dynamic hub for investment dialogue and collaboration.

Innovative Scenic Design and Bespoke Event Solutions

• Main Stage Production: Designed and fabricated a 25-meter-wide main stage featuring curved scenic elements and six LED screen totems for immersive presentations and impactful visuals.
• Breakout and Press Conference Stages: Created additional stages tailored for panel discussions, smaller sessions, and MOU signings, ensuring functionality and aesthetic consistency.
• B2B Meeting Area: Manufactured a custom-designed networking space, incorporating 50 individual booths and nine enclosed meeting rooms, all produced in-house by Evolution Scenic.
• Pre-Function Media Studios: Developed two fully enclosed TV studios for interviews and live broadcasts, integrating seamlessly into the pre-function area.

Opening Film and Multimedia Content: Produced a high-impact opening film to introduce the event and set the tone for meaningful discussions.

On-Site Coordination: Provided flawless on-site management to oversee installation, event operations, and seamless transitions between sessions.

The third edition of Investopia underscored Evolution Scenic’s expertise in crafting large-scale, multifunctional event environments.
