For National Day 2019, Evolution Scenic was entrusted with designing and delivering an activation at the Founders Memorial in Abu Dhabi that honored Sheikh Zayed’s legacy while fostering public engagement.

The project required a refined and understated scenic approach to complement the site’s architectural elegance while integrating interactive elements that resonated with visitors.

Culturally Inspired Scenic Design and Fabrication

• Custom Wooden Planters: Designed and crafted bespoke wooden planters that seamlessly blended with the Founders Memorial’s aesthetic.
• Ghaf Tree Integration: Incorporated the UAE’s national tree into the activation, symbolizing resilience and heritage while serving as a focal point for interactive visitor experiences.
• Minimalist Scenic Elements: Developed sleek, refined structures that complemented the memorial’s ambiance without overpowering its existing design.
• Durable Outdoor Fabrication: Used high-quality materials and finishes to ensure longevity and resilience throughout the month-long activation.
