For COP28 at Expo City Dubai, EY commissioned Evolution Scenic to design and deliver an innovative exhibition stand that exemplified the firm’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

The stand needed to balance aesthetic appeal, functional performance, and eco-conscious design principles. Working within a tight timeline, Evolution crafted a fully recyclable, modular stand that minimized waste while providing a captivating experience for visitors.

Eco-Conscious Design and Immersive Experiences

• Sustainable Stand Construction: Designed and built a modular exhibition stand using recyclable and eco-friendly materials, ensuring minimal environmental impact and the ability for post-event reuse or recycling.
• Immersive Room Feature: Created a multi-screen immersive room where an environmental video was brought to life with Ventuz-controlled content and L-Acoustics audio, delivering a powerful and engaging visitor experience.
• Integrated Digital Solutions: Installed digital signage and presentation screens seamlessly incorporated into the stand’s design, enhancing visual communication and audience engagement.
• Lighting and Audio Solutions: Provided custom lighting for the stand perimeter, speech areas, and ambient effects, paired with high-quality audio systems to elevate the event experience.
• Logistical Expertise: Managed all logistics and secured necessary permits for Expo access, ensuring smooth delivery and installation within the challenging timeframe.
