ADNOC’s Emirati Women’s Day celebration, held on August 28, 2019, at Manarat Al Saadiyat, embraced the theme Create, Communicate, Collaborate, honoring the diverse contributions of Emirati women in their personal and professional lives.

With over 1,000 attendees, including ADNOC senior management, the event required a creative and engaging design that reflected its celebratory nature while standing apart from ADNOC’s traditional branding.

Evolution was entrusted with delivering an immersive event environment that was vibrant, dynamic, and interactive.

Bespoke Scenic Design and Interactive Activations

• Custom Gallery Showcase: Designed and built an interactive gallery displaying ADNOC employees’ hobbies, highlighting their personal achievements beyond the workplace.
• Themed ADNOC Petrol Station Installation: Constructed a visually striking replica of ADNOC’s petrol stations, serving as an engaging centerpiece for the event.
• Multi-Stage Activations: Delivered various experiential areas, including interactive quizzes, workshops, a social media engagement wall, and creative photo opportunities.
• Branded Experiential Elements: Enhanced the venue with playful touches such as floor stickers, mirror decals, and branded event items like ice-cream cups, reinforcing the event’s dynamic theme.
• Seamless Scenic Execution: Designed and installed all scenic elements to ensure a cohesive, visually appealing, and engaging event experience.

Emirati Women’s Day was a resounding success, blending creativity, interactivity, and bold aesthetics to celebrate the achievements of Emirati women.
