A special ceremony recognized winners of the Council’s Bullying Prevention Award, emphasizing the importance of promoting positive values and inclusion among the nation’s youth.

Evolution Scenic was entrusted with the design and production of the festival area and awards ceremony. The team successfully delivered a vibrant and functional environment within a tight production timeline, incorporating creative elements that enhanced the event’s impact.

Creative Design and Seamless Event Execution

• Festival Area Setup: Designed and built a dynamic festival space, including a tent for workshops, custom-designed activity areas, and an outdoor zone with F&B services and seating for families.
• Workshop and Media Areas: Produced themed workshop zones with custom-designed backdrops and interactive features. A dedicated media area was equipped with custom signage to ensure visibility and accessibility.
• Awards Ceremony Production: Managed the setup of the conference center, featuring a custom stage backdrop, seating for 200 attendees, and polished event branding.
• Iconic Giant Prop Installation: Created and installed a striking giant paper aeroplane prop, suspended from the ceiling to captivate attendees and reinforce the event’s theme.
• Customized Signage: Delivered bespoke signage across the venue to guide guests and enhance the aesthetic.
• Timely Delivery: Ensured all elements were completed on schedule through meticulous planning and execution.
