DUCAB – MEE EXHIBITION STAND

Dubai World Trade Centre, 2023

For the Middle East Electricity (MEE) exhibition, Evolution Scenic was commissioned to design and fabricate a custom-built double-decker stand for DUCAB.

The structure needed to accommodate a mezzanine-level meeting space while serving as a product showcase and reception area on the ground floor. The stand was built within a limited timeframe, requiring efficient planning and execution.

Bespoke Exhibition Stand Fabrication

• Double-Decker Stand Construction: Designed and built a 12m x 10m multi-level exhibition stand with a mezzanine floor for private meetings.
• Custom Shelving & Branding Elements: Fabricated spray-painted display shelves with integrated LED strip lighting and company logos at key focal points.
• Vinyl Flooring Installation: Installed circular-patterned vinyl flooring, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the stand.
• Structural Load Testing: Conducted mezzanine load testing as per Dubai Municipality regulations, ensuring stability and compliance.
• Integrated Scenic & Functional Elements: Provided furniture and decorative elements, creating a cohesive and inviting brand space.
