The 2019 Culture Summit at Manarat Al Saadiyat brought together 450 delegates from 90 countries under the theme Cultural Responsibility & New Technology.

​With panels, performances, and workshops exploring how culture can contribute to global well-being, the event was a landmark gathering for thought leaders, policymakers, and creatives.

Spanning iconic locations, including Manarat Al Saadiyat, the Cultural Foundation, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Saadiyat Island, Evolution Scenic was entrusted with providing technical expertise and scenic fabrication services.

Our focus was on transforming concepts into reality through structural and fabrication solutions that complemented each venue’s architectural character and the summit's overarching theme.

Deliverables for a Multi-Venue Global Summit

• Technical Design and Fabrication: Created detailed construction drawings and material specifications to ensure seamless scenic integration across all venues.
• Scenic and Staging Solutions: Fabricated bespoke staging, branded installations, and scenic backdrops, tailored to enhance the unique atmosphere of each location.
• Custom Branding Elements: Designed and fabricated custom signage and branded features that aligned with the summit’s identity and theme.
• Venue Coordination and Installation: Navigated HSE protocols, venue-specific restrictions, and logistical challenges to deliver high-quality installations across multiple locations.

Furniture and Décor: Sourced and installed furniture and décor elements to complement the aesthetic of each space and support functionality.
