For the Annual Union Parade 2024 in Al Wathba, Evolution Scenic was tasked with creating culturally authentic scenic elements and safety-compliant structures to elevate the event’s visual appeal, comfort, and security, all within a tight schedule.

Key Highlights:

• Culturally Inspired Designs: Tribal benches, custom lamp decor bases, branding walls, and family tents reflecting authentic cultural aesthetics.
• Functional Installations: A grand wooden roundabout with a CNC log wall, custom steps, and ramps designed for His Highness's entrances.
• Innovative Technical Solutions: Technical hiders for speaker boxes, camera platforms, and cable trunk cladding to maintain functionality while preserving aesthetics.
• Safety-Compliant Features: Fire extinguisher stands, signage walls, and other elements meeting safety requirements without compromising the overall design.
• Logistical Expertise: Delivered all components under challenging cultural specifications, tight deadlines, and complex logistics.

This project showcased Evolution Scenic’s ability to blend cultural authenticity with functional and safety-compliant scenic solutions.
