ADNOC JUBILEE FESTIVAL

From November 26–28, 2021, ADNOC HQ hosted the ADNOC Jubilee Festival, a landmark event celebrating 50 years of achievements and innovation.

The event featured a series of visually striking installations and interactive elements, creating a memorable experience for attendees.

Evolution Scenic was tasked with translating intricate design concepts into functional and impactful scenic elements, ensuring a cohesive celebration of ADNOC’s legacy.

Precision-Driven Scenic Installations for a Jubilee Celebration

Gallery Stands of ADNOC 50 Faces: Crafted in the shape of the number "50," featuring technical PVC flooring and reflective vinyl to highlight the milestone.
Main Stage Platform: A heavy-duty platform with PVC flooring and custom ramp access, serving as the festival’s focal point.
Giant Hashtag Signage: A large-scale, freestanding logo installation designed as a prominent visual and interactive element.
Pledge Booth: An interactive setup enabling attendees to engage and leave their mark.
Comprehensive Branding: Custom backdrops and branded elements that reinforced the event’s visual identity and thematic purpose.

Seamless Execution and Innovative Fabrication

To meet the festival’s intricate design requirements, Evolution Scenic employed advanced CNC and laser cutting technologies to ensure high-precision fabrication of all components.

The technical flooring, spanning 336 square meters, was engineered with metal tube gallery frame supports to ensure structural stability and even load distribution. Detailed calculations and meticulous planning ensured flawless execution and safety throughout the event.

Despite the complexities of the design and the tight timeline, Evolution Scenic delivered installations that were both functional and visually stunning.

From the gallery stands to the interactive pledge booth, every element contributed to a seamless and engaging event that celebrated ADNOC’s milestone in style.
