ADNOC ENACT MAJLIS

The ADNOC ENACT Majlis event, held at the ADNOC Business Center, featured an awards ceremony focused on AI technology.

The project required a high standard of design and execution, with a tight timeline and a strong emphasis on health and safety throughout the build.

Custom Design and Fabrication

• Curved LED Screens: Curved and wide LED screens were installed, offering a unique visual experience not commonly seen at similar events.
• Decorative Walling: Pre-standing curved walling was decorated with wallpaper and LED strip effects, creating an engaging and modern atmosphere.
• Free-Standing Wall Features: Custom free-standing walls were designed and installed, featuring branding and decorative elements.
• Furniture and Meeting Rooms: Elegant furniture was provided to enhance the venue's aesthetic, with custom backdrops in each meeting room to align with the event’s theme.
• Hospitality Walls: Free-standing walls were also designed for the hospitality areas, creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Challenges and Solutions

The tight timeline (just two days) posed a significant challenge, with no room for error.

Despite this, the team successfully completed all tasks, ensuring that the event met the client's high standards and was finished on time.

Successful Event Execution

The ADNOC ENACT Majlis event was a success, with all elements – from the LED screens to the custom wall features – creating a visually stunning and functional space.

The meticulous planning and coordination between various teams ensured a seamless execution of the project.
