Evolution Scenic delivered high-end interactive installations and branding elements for the ADEO EC Retreat, creating an immersive and engaging executive environment.

Commissioned by the Abu Dhabi Executive Office (ADEO), the project aimed to support strategic discussions while showcasing Abu Dhabi’s development vision through custom scenic fabrication and interactive design.

Custom Scenic and Interactive Elements:

• Interactive Walls: Developed custom engagement walls, allowing participants to interact with key themes and contribute insights.
• Branding & Feature Walls: Designed and installed branded scenic walls and displays, reinforcing the event’s identity and messaging.
• Workshop Stations: Constructed interactive workshop tools, providing a dynamic space for idea-sharing and collaboration.
• Acrylic Stands & Signage: Delivered sleek, freestanding installations, incorporating modern finishes and clear acrylic elements for a refined look.
• Voting & Feedback Displays: Integrated interactive engagement stations, encouraging participation through branded voting walls and feedback areas.
