On November 29, 2022, Abu Dhabi Airports celebrated UAE National Day with a large-scale activation at the Abu Dhabi Airports Garden in collaboration with GAL and Royal Jet.

Evolution Scenic was entrusted with designing and delivering a visually engaging event environment that captured the essence of the UAE’s rich cultural heritage while integrating the airport’s core values of Committed, Collaborative, and Exceptional.

Immersive Scenic Design and Cultural Integration

• Three Thematic Zones: Designed and built three immersive zones, each reflecting Abu Dhabi Airports’ core brand values through scenic elements and interactive features.
• Custom Stage and Performance Area: Fabricated a main stage with an elegant backdrop to host traditional performances, speeches, and cultural showcases.
• VIP Majlis Setup: Delivered a high-end majlis space for VIP guests, incorporating premium furnishings and branding to create an exclusive and comfortable experience.
• Interactive Installations: Installed experiential activations designed to engage attendees of all ages, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere.
• Branded Food Stations and Local Market Elements: Constructed and positioned kiosks and seating areas to accommodate food trucks and local vendors, seamlessly integrating them into the scenic layout.

A Celebration of Heritage and Innovation

By blending cultural authenticity with modern event design, Evolution Scenic created a dynamic and visually captivating experience for Abu Dhabi Airports’ National Day celebration.
